In MicroStrategy 9.x, History List messages and .prmpt files are located in the Inbox folder. The naming convention of a History List messages in version 9.0.1 and later is as shown below:
- User GUID: The GUID of the user that created the History List message.
- Date: History List message creation date.
- Project ID: Corresponds to the GUID of the project where the message was created.
prmpt (or .prmpt) files store cached prompt answers for a user’s History List messages. The naming convention of a .prmpt file in MicroStrategy 9.0.1 and later is as shown below:
- User GUID: The GUID of the user that created the History List message.
- Date: History List message creation date.
- Message ID: Corresponds to the History List message ID.
