Following the release of MicroStrategy Version 10.2, MicroStrategy Technical Support is announcing the scheduled support expiration for products that are part of the MicroStrategy 9.3.x Business Intelligence platform.
On April 1, 2016, MicroStrategy 9.3.x will have been fully supported for more than three years. As per the MicroStrategy Product Expiration Schedule, this length of term is similar to support periods for prior MicroStrategy versions and adheres to MicroStrategy’s and other application vendors’ policies and procedures.
On April 1 2016, MicroStrategy will no longer support inquiries or provide software corrections for the following 9.3.x products, their associated components, editions, patches, service packs, and hotfixes:
MicroStrategy’s goals in implementing this expiration allow us to focus our efforts toward current and future versions of our products, retool our system resources in order to support the latest and best versions, and increase customer satisfaction by ensuring that our Technical Support personnel are well trained and up to date on the latest MicroStrategy products and technologies.
As a reminder, all customers with current maintenance plans are eligible to upgrade to the equivalent products available via the MicroStrategy Download Site.
